Why this practice exists
Bundlegridbase began with a recurring observation: applicants often had all the right pieces—receipts, certificates, emails and portal screenshots—but no reliable way to show how those pieces connected. A payment reference used one identifier, an acknowledgement used another, and a document query sat unanswered in a different inbox.
Our work is administrative assurance. We reconcile what is present, identify what is not evidenced and help the applicant formulate a precise follow-up. The admission decision always belongs to the institution.
The people reading your file
Engagements are led by application-record reviewers with experience in document control, reconciliation and client-facing case administration. Where a matter raises legal, immigration, financial-aid or credential-evaluation questions, we identify the boundary and recommend that the applicant seek the relevant qualified adviser.
Working principles
Evidence before assumption
We distinguish a completed action from an acknowledged result. A sent email, a payment receipt and a portal update each prove different things.
Minimum necessary records
We request only what the agreed audit requires. Applicants are asked to redact unrelated bank transactions and never to share passwords or full card details.
Plain findings
Our reports avoid admissions jargon where ordinary language will do. Each exception states the evidence reviewed, the uncertainty and the next reasonable question.
Independence
Bundlegridbase is not affiliated with a university and does not accept referral payments from institutions. We do not promise admission outcomes.
Based in Umhlanga, we work remotely with applicants and families across South Africa.
