What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text records a website can place in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that can retain a choice on your device. This site currently uses local storage for consent preference and does not require optional analytics for core pages or the enquiry form.
Storage used
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| bundlegridbase_cookie_consent | Remembers whether optional cookies were accepted or rejected | Until browser storage is cleared | Bundlegridbase |
| Essential hosting records | Security, request delivery and fault diagnosis; these may be server logs rather than browser cookies | Normally up to 30 days | Website hosting provider |
| Optional analytics | Not currently set. If introduced, it will remain disabled until accepted and this table will be updated. | Not applicable | Not applicable |
Essential and optional technologies
Essential technologies support security, delivery and the storage of your preference. Rejecting optional cookies does not block website functionality. Analytics, if introduced, would help us understand aggregate page use but would require the consent described in the banner.
Managing your choice
Use Accept or Reject optional in the first-visit banner. You can change the practical result by clearing site data in your browser, after which the banner appears again. Browser settings can block cookies or clear local storage. Blocking preference storage means the banner may return on future visits.
Third parties
Remote images and web fonts are requested from their respective public providers and may receive technical request information such as your IP address. Those providers apply their own privacy practices. We do not permit third-party advertising cookies.
Impact of disabling storage
The main site and enquiry form remain available. The browser may simply be unable to remember your cookie preference. For broader information about personal-information rights, read our privacy notice.
