Fee guide

Fees reflect the number of institutions, the condition of the record and the depth of reconciliation required—not the value of an admission outcome.

All fees are quoted in South African rand. Your written estimate states the scope, expected timing and any tax treatment before you accept.

What can change an estimate

A larger number of institutions, repeated applicant identifiers, missing source files, lengthy correspondence chains, urgent turnaround requests and a need to reconstruct events from incomplete screenshots can add review time. We first inspect a limited sample and explain the reason for any adjustment.

The flagship starting fee includes one applicant, up to three institutions, one consolidated clarification round and one final findings note. Additional institutions are usually priced per record set rather than forced into an unsuitable package.

Payment and timing

A 50% deposit secures the review window; the balance is due before release of the final report. Third-party fees—university application charges, certification, courier costs or professional advice—are excluded.

If a deadline is close, tell us the date in your enquiry. We will confirm whether a responsible review is possible rather than promise an unrealistic turnaround.
