Our audit process

From scattered records to a reviewable trail

A four-stage process keeps the review limited, traceable and respectful of the sensitive records applicants hold.

Quiet library table prepared for focused document review

1. Scope before records

Your enquiry names the institutions, deadlines and present uncertainty. We reply within one working day with any threshold questions. If the matter fits our practice, the estimate defines the applications, source records, delivery date and fee.

2. A minimum-record checklist

After acceptance, you receive a checklist tailored to the service. Typical items include fee instructions, payment confirmations, application numbers, programme choices, upload acknowledgements and relevant correspondence.

Do not send account passwords, full bank-card details or unrelated bank transactions. We explain the agreed transfer method before requesting records.

3. Reconciliation by a named reviewer

The reviewer creates a register for each institution, dates each available event and cross-checks the identifiers joining payment, applicant and document records. Inconsistencies are recorded as findings, not silently “corrected.”

If clarification is needed, questions are grouped into one round wherever possible. The review clock pauses when a material source record is outstanding.

4. Findings and handover

Your report separates evidenced items, uncertainties, inconsistencies and recommended follow-up. It may include draft wording for an administrative query, but the applicant sends it in their own name.

We retain the working file only for the period stated in the privacy notice, then securely delete it according to our retention schedule.

The professional boundary

We audit the administrative record. We do not predict admission, advise on course suitability, certify documents, provide legal advice or use personal connections to influence a university.
