Who this audit is for

This review suits an undergraduate or postgraduate applicant who has submitted, or is close to submitting, applications to as many as three institutions. It is particularly useful when payment confirmations, applicant numbers and uploaded documents sit in different inboxes or portals.

A parent or guardian may commission the work, but the applicant must authorise access to their records.

What we reconcile

We create an application-by-application register and compare:

You receive a PDF findings note that marks each item as evidenced, unclear, inconsistent or requiring follow-up. Urgent exceptions appear first, with suggested wording for an admissions-office query.

Boundaries and exclusions

We do not assess your chance of admission, certify documents, write motivation statements, make payments, log in without your presence, or contact an institution while pretending to be you. We cannot guarantee that an institution will accept a late record or reverse an admission decision.

Institution-specific application fees, courier charges and certified-copy costs are not included.

How the engagement runs

  1. Scope call or email: we confirm institutions, deadlines and the current point in each application.
  2. Record checklist: you provide copies through the agreed secure transfer route. Please redact unrelated financial transactions from bank statements.
  3. Review: a named auditor traces each fee and document against the acknowledgement trail.
  4. Clarification: we may send one consolidated set of questions rather than interrupting you repeatedly.
  5. Findings: the written report arrives within three to five working days after a complete record set is received.

Before you send records

Gather application numbers, programme choices, payment requests, proof of payment, portal screenshots with visible dates, upload confirmations and relevant admissions correspondence. Do not send passwords, bank-card numbers or unrelated medical information.

The starting fee covers up to three institutions and one clarification round. Unusually fragmented records or more institutions are quoted before work begins.
