The final record includes an evidence index, a dated sequence of events, unresolved contradictions and a short list of questions for the relevant admissions or finance office. The work is quoted after a no-cost triage because ten well-labelled records require very different effort from several months of fragmented correspondence.
We do not investigate an institution, compel a response, provide legal representation or alter portal records. Where a dispute may require legal advice, we will say so rather than stretching the audit beyond its proper boundary.
