Terms of service

These terms govern enquiries and application-record audit engagements with Bundlegridbase in South Africa.

1. Acceptance and engagement

By using this website you agree to these terms. An audit engagement begins only when you accept a written scope and fee and any required deposit is received. The scope identifies the applicant, institutions, records, exclusions and expected delivery date.

2. Nature of the service

Bundlegridbase provides administrative record review and reconciliation. We do not act for any university, guarantee admission, submit applications, certify records, give legal or immigration advice, or promise that an institution will correct or accept an item.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate, lawfully obtained records, disclose relevant deadlines and obtain the applicant’s authority where you instruct us for another person. Do not provide passwords, full card details or unrelated sensitive records. You remain responsible for submissions, payments and communication with institutions.

4. Fees, changes and cancellation

Fees and payment dates appear in the accepted estimate. Work outside scope requires written agreement. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules are set out in our refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

We retain copyright in our audit formats and original explanatory material. After full payment, you may use the engagement report for your personal application administration and share it with relevant advisers or institutions. Website text, marks and design may not be republished commercially without permission.

6. Confidentiality and privacy

We handle personal information according to our privacy notice. You authorise us to process the records necessary to deliver the agreed review.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Bundlegridbase is not liable for admission decisions, institutional delays, rule changes, applicant omissions or indirect loss. Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot legally be limited. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or rights that cannot be waived.

8. Availability and force majeure

Delivery dates depend on receiving a complete record set. We are not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond our control, but will communicate material delays and propose a fair next step.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute in writing. Courts with jurisdiction in KwaZulu-Natal may hear unresolved disputes, subject to applicable consumer law.
